There exists an indicator called a human development index. It shows the level of care of the state about its young generation. There also exists the notion of nation's educational potential. This is the whole of knowledge beared by this or that nation. Now there are only two countries which can be leaders in this sphere as well as in the others, they are Russia and USA. But as long as ecological situation is going worse and worse in our country, support of education is abruptly going down and condition becomes desperate.

The only thing that can save us is change to commercial preparing of specialists for the whole world with the use of new technologies offered by V.M. Bronnikov. The only question is if our education would be able to compete with the western one.
